excellent stay near royal london hospital

the service was really good. the gentleman at reception, though i forgot his name, was helpful. he provided key information about the room and surrounding area. the room had character, it felt both cosy and meticulously clean. i especially appreciated the offer of a late check-out, a thoughtful touch.
the sink plug did not work properly so i couldn't shave easily. it was a minor inconvenience, but it affected my morning routine.

the hotel is situated next to the royal london hospital making it very convenient. i found the proximity useful when visiting the nearby queen mary campus, a medical school of university of london. it offered easy access without any travel hassles.

The staff was super cute at all hours. The location is super for getting around easily. I really liked that I found things when needed. My room was comfy. I had a fridge and a good shower.
I noticed a very slight noise in the hallway one morning.

cozy stay i love it
useful microwavebetter roombad mattress
the location i find really good. the facilities available in my room such as a microwave i found useful. my room stay warm. the team were nice. a upgrade to a better room was offered and given. i am grateful.
the pull out beds do not have good mattresses and this i found a little uncomfortable. i noted there are stains on the sheets. the duvet did not fully cover both of us on the double bed and this did affect my comfort.

The room had a fan. This made a big difference because it was hot. Staff members were lovely and helpful. Cigdem was really helpful. I would happily stay again!
The street was noisy on Saturday night. Access to the hotel required buzzing and waiting. Nobody answered when I buzzed. Other guests let me in to access reception.
